What equipment do I need for HAVOC?

While the program is designed to simulate real-world scenarios, the necessary equipment is provided. You’ll be using weighted vests, duty belts, and practice firearms during workouts to enhance your strength and endurance. Just come prepared in comfortable workout attire and bring a water bottle and a positive attitude.

What can I expect from HAVOC?

The HAVOC program offers a range of experiences:
